BEFORE YOU APPLY
All vendor booths must primarily feature antique or vintage items, or creatively repurposed vintage goods, to be approved for the market.
Please carefully review all vendor information before submitting your application. Applications from direct sales companies or commercial retailers will not be accepted.
We recommend applying early, as spaces fill quickly.

CHAIRS
Two chairs are provided per booth.
SIGNS
Please bring signage to identify your booth.
WI-FI
Wi-Fi is available; however, vendors may wish to have an alternate payment option available during peak traffic.
PARKING
Free parking is available for vendors and guests.
FRIDAY SETUP
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Morning setup on event days is not permitted unless items can be carried in by hand.
TAKEDOWN
Sunday after 5:00 PM ONLY
All vendors must remain for the entire event.
Booth layouts will be emailed closer to the event date.

For Vendors
Upon acceptance, payment is due within 14 days via PayPal to secure your booth space. Payments for booth spaces become non-refundable after September 1, 2026.
To help create the best possible experience for vendors and guests, we ask that all vendors follow the market guidelines below:
- Booth sharing is not permitted
- Displays, signs, tents, and products must remain within your assigned booth space
- Vendors should be mindful of sounds and scents that may affect neighboring booths
- Music will be provided throughout the event
